Privacy
You can use every part of this guide without telling us who you are.
Who is responsible
The site is published by SimpleVision.AI, a Richmond Hill web design business.
What the site does not do
There are no accounts or sign-in, no advertising trackers, analytics, session replay or cross-site identifiers, and the site sets no cookies.
The site does not record which candidates you read about or compare. Fonts and images come from this site, so pages make no requests to other services.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted by Vercel, a US company; the correction form runs on its servers in the United States. Vercel receives each request, including the page address and your IP address, and keeps standard request and security logs under its own privacy policy. A comparison page's address names the candidates being compared. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Correction requests
The correction form collects what you type into it: the page and item, what is wrong, any fix or source link you add, and your name and email if you choose to give them. Name and email are optional.
When you send it, the request goes through Vercel to Resend, an email service with servers in the United States, and on to the editor's inbox. The site itself stores nothing. Resend keeps a copy of every email it sends, including the text and the addresses, in its logs for as long as its own privacy policy allows.
The editor deletes the email from the inbox 90 days after the request is resolved, unless there is a specific reason to keep it longer. Contact details are used only to reply about that request and are never published. If you give an email address, you also get one short confirmation with your reference number. The correction form is on the Corrections page.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, if any, and ask us to correct or delete it. To ask, use the correction form and say it is a privacy request.
